As a notary this isn't really feasible. We have to keep a log with the ID and signature matching the signed document for years. If this happened that notary is in huge trouble

Wouldn’t that be considered fraud since it was legitimately signed and notarized by her. And on top of that her being friends with the notary is a conflict of interest. This just shows me if I need to have a prenup with the woman I intend to marry and she pulls this move, she’s in it for the money and not me. I would’ve walked

As her lawyer you have a fiduciary responsibility to the court to come forward with truthful and accurate information. that's how you know the story is BS her lawyer and her friend who's a public notary both compromised their integrity and risk losing their jobs for a friend. it's possible but highly unlikely.

not true at all if a notary sees you sign it be it with Amy hand foot mouth or whatever its legally binding. It's the intent of marking the paper not the hand you use

I would have had the notaries license, and had her attorney disbarred with every bar association. then I would appeal the suit, had everyone charged criminally and civilly with pirjury, taken every asset from everyone involved, and countersued for future assets, and emotional deress.
