I’m also deficient in iron and B12 so literally always tired 😂😂 the B12 shots aren’t fun, they used to do mine in my bum cheek and I hated it 😂

I had similar blood results recently, in the UK we do an intensive course of B12 injections every other day for 2 weeks. I felt better for a week, then took my kids on holiday solo for a week and now I feel like poop again 😂
