CHOCOFLAN 🔥 Two of my favorite desserts in one! 🥹 Always a hit at any party I bring it to & trust me, it looks way harder than it actually is! I made this recipe nice & easy for you guys! Ingredients For the caramel: 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup water Flan mixture: 1 can evaporated milk 1 can condensed milk pinch of salt 2 egg yolks 3 eggs 2 tsp. Vanilla extract Chocolate cake: 1 boxed chocolate cake mix (prepared per instructions) Instructions Make your caramel: Heat the sugar & water in a saucepan over medium heat (don’t stir) until amber, 8-10 min. Pour into bundt pan; let this harden. Blend all flan ingredients until smooth in a blender and set aside. Follow the instructions on the boxed chocolate cake mix to prepare the batter. Pour the prepared cake batter over cooled caramel in the bundt pan, then very slowly pour the flan mixture on top. Cover this with foil, place the bundt pan in a larger dish filled halfway with hot water, and bake at 350°F for 1 hr 10 min. or until the flan is set and slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely then refrigerate 4 hrs. Minimum or overnight then invert to serve and top it off with the extra caramel sauce!
