(Recipe available in english 🇬🇧 and Portuguese 🇵🇹) Ingredients: - 2 carrots, grated - 1 egg - handful of cheese of any kind or type - salt - teaspoon of turmeric - black pepper to taste -> if you want to have more protein, add egg whites too Instructions: 1️⃣ Pre-heat your oven at 180°C. Grate 2 carrots and mix them with the rest of the listed ingredients. 2️⃣ Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place a spoonful of the dough on it, flatten it, and shape it into round wraps. 3️⃣ Place them in the oven for 10-15min or until golden! 4️⃣ Fill it with whatever you like — I used arugula and egg! 🇵🇹 Confia em mim — estas wraps de cenoura são imperdíveis!!! Ingredientes: • 2 cenouras raladas • 1 ovo • um punhado de queijo (qualquer tipo serve) • sal • 1 colher de chá de curcuma • pimenta preta a gosto -> se quiseres que tenha mais proteína, adiciona clara de ovo Instruções: 1️⃣ Pré-aquece o forno a 180 °C. Rala as 2 cenouras e mistura com os restantes ingredientes. 2️⃣ Forra um tabuleiro com papel vegetal, coloca uma colher da massa, achata e molda em forma de wrap redondo. 3️⃣ Leva ao forno durante 10 a 15 minutos ou até ficarem douradinhos! 4️⃣ Recheia com o que quiseres — eu usei rúcula e ovo!
