Mate, I'm single with no kids and I've been mining since 1984. Payed more tax than most people earn. But in the last 6 yrs I've had my life saved by doctors n nurses n health people who where educated in our school systems that my tax's paid for. Think of the big picture.

This is so weird. We should all want to support social services. Heath care, education etc are all important investments for everyone. I think it would be a better idea if mining companies (and other billion dollar companies) actually paid tax. They're using our finite resources to make overseas billionaires richer while we have public schools that are completely underfunded 🙄
