I think everyone should take the Strengths Finder 2.0 test. It’s a book that helps you find your strengths and weaknesses. Some thrive at lists and others dont. It’s important to know how you work best rather than just make a list of to-dos. ADHD is a huge component in this. People that suffer from ADHD might not have the skills to manage or finish tasks that could improve their ability to be successful in business or in life. I think about this often, why can’t everyone be able to achieve what a billionaire might achieve. I think habit/task management and mental health can have a huge influence on what you’re able to accomplish. I also feel like the most important thing in life is find what you’re passionate about and make that your business. Especially if you suffer from ADHD, passion will help create a structure and will help you find ways to improve and achieve those goals in a higher level rather than just focusing on finishing tasks. Just a thought!

Both can be true @Michael Bosstick BUT I only make a to do list if I’ve got a minute at the end of the day, and I list all the stuff I got accomplished that day and check all the things off for a dopamine hit 😂 ✅✅✅
