I believe he was drunk and tried climbing the engine possible not seeing the engines spinning because one he’s drunk 2 it spins so fast it looks like a black disk he jumped on the side of the first engine falling running to the other one and jumping in why jumping because the engine is at Idle and he falls back out my guess he tried climbing the cowling

ATC has a secure/life saving protocol which has not been carried out. The ATC tower has to say Protocol S3 which means Engine off so nobody could be able to jump or simply sucked into the jets fans!
