I served this old lady she asked for 3a batteries - I gave her AAA 8 batteries 8 of them right she came in saying they wasn’t 3a they was 3a8 and then threw her hands up because I wasn’t understanding her and I have her the ‘wrong’ batteries

stop a woman wanted me to change her £10 note & I had this whole back & forth with her bc I can't do it unless she buys something & she was kicking up a fuss about it. she FINALLY buys some gum and I ask her if she wants a £5 & coins or all coins. she says £5 note. two minutes later I see her walking back up to me £5 note in hand. you'll never guess what she asked me
