Guess if rifed and you dont get a retention register timely within 45 days (For EEO) when you ask for it that appears accurate, gotta file your own lawsuit for wrongful termination or something.

Hey Shaun. What is the time frame on a ruling of legality from the lower courts incase we are RIF before this decision is issued. Also can they make a RIF retroactive to the original separation date including us owing them (agency)backpay if they do this? @Shaun Southworth
