Guy at Best Buy convinced us to buy a Hisense too and it died in 7 months! Worst part was their “customer service” was coming out, scratching massive Xs on the screen, and then making us dispose of the tv 🥲

I can attest Hisense is the worst, my tv broke after a month and they sent a tech out to fix it before replacing it and he cracked it and didn't fix it so it was out of warranty 🥲

Samsung sends a technician to your house to fix the frame TV if it’s acting up! I had someone come because we got one out of the box defective and it was a great experience

I bought my first Frame tv in late 2019. It’s still a great tv and I would buy another one if I had an additional space that called for a tv.

So interesting because we have the Hisense and it was like half the price not just a couple hundred less (my husband wouldn’t splurge). So far it is still working 😂🤞🏽
