It’s not just home, but school environment too! Most kids spend the majority of their school day INSIDE sitting at a desk or on the floor with little to no physical activity! They make them choose between lunch and recess b/c they combine both into 25-30 minutes a day. Feed them crap food. Then keep them cooped up in a classroom under fluorescent lighting and moldy buildings! It’s a recipe for disaster! Get back to the pre-00’s where we valued hands-on activities, frequent breaks in school, and playing outside in school and the home!

yep need to be more like Gen x. we raised ourselves outside without adult supervision and carried knives for protection,then came home when the lights came on to a home cooked meal done home work shower then to bed 😁👍
