If her eczema is really bad I’d take her to the derm and also get her allergy tested for food/contact allergens/and outdoor allergens. I’ve had eczema my whole life and nothing worked. I went and tested for contact allergens and it turned out to be something that was in my every day products.

I know whenever I cheat and eat some gluten my elbow breaks out and is soooo itchy. Might be a food allergy
