They got it right. He didn’t go there to kill anyone. This entire incident was all Jack Snyder’s fault and go figure, he gets immunity and doesn’t speak to cops til 9 months later. Jack lied on the stand 100%.

Charging him as an adult and the word INTENT on the charges plus allowing the ‘friends’ to take deals. The state went about it the wrong way.

They hung on manslaughter reckless, so the state can retry him for that. But they risk impeachment of their own witnesses w/second trial and will need to give another immunity deal two the other two. Idk how Jack, esp, looks in the mirror. I watched all of the trial. Jury got it right.

For me it was when the boys testified and tried to lesson there involvement like Feison saying he was "lightly stomping" or everyone had 2 beers or how they didn't recall what they did but could clearly recall everything Raul did. Just did not pass the "sniff" test. Then Taylor saying Jimmy stayed in 1 spot and the frame by frame of the video said otherwise. I just didn't believe a lot of the kids testimonies, very coached and seemed to be false memories. So many kids that should have been held accountable and the State trying to solely hold Raul accountable. I think the State overcharged him and should of not made those plea deals.

I agree with the verdict as well. He didn’t set out to murder anyone. His best friends were just as as fault - heck one of them even provided the weapon. But they got immunity and let him take the brunt.

from what I saw he and his friends left after the initial altercation and then went back and he was armed.. no reason to go back.... he's guilty

Jury foreman spoke yesterday. He said the jury didn’t even discuss self defense. It hinged on Intent and they felt the prosecution didn’t prove intent. Not sure how returning to the scene with a knife and stabbing a bystander in the heart doesn’t show intent. So he was not guilty per the wording of the charges. Not because it was self defense.
