I was at camp with her kids and we are on a dammed lake that is so different from the Guadalupe river. It was hard to go to camp the day after this disaster but getting to experience our little slice of heaven is truly worth it. Our camp has evacuation plans in order and we’ve been informed of them every year.

Texas obviously has no basic safety regulations for these church camps. Where does all that money go ?They charge $4,400, pay no taxes, no air conditioning.

I went to camp in Abilene I believe as a child. Amazing memories, other than the cactus 🌵 I fell into when I rolled down a hill!
