honestly save and go with the cheaper location and just commute for your events girl … it’s so not worth wasting extra $ on rent bc you’re throwing money away. better to save and buy property and spend that on a mortgage and have something to show for your money !

Fidi and battery park are so underrated. Lived there 6 years. You are just blocks from tribeca and takes 15 mins to get anywhere like soho, WV etc. buildings are so much nicer, cleaner, amenities and vibes are good
