It’s been just over 6 months now. Unfortunately, surgery didn’t help with my chronic pain. I’m still in pain every single day. But I don’t regret it, they saved my bowel. I clung onto so much hope that this would help my pain, or at least make it less. I’ve accepted that chronic pain is a part of me now but I’m still here, still fighting. Endometriosis is such a horrible disease 🥺💛

I’m trying to get a diagnosis because i think there’s something going on, i had an ultrasound but showed nothing apparently, or nothing they could see on the screening, I have thoughts it could be endometriosis, but im not 100% sure right now.. I hope you’re okay ♥️

i think i’m getting one i was a in patient and they were doing tests and couldn’t find anything so they sent me away as a out patient and said they will get back to me with a hospital letter and i am really hoping that i will get a laparoscopy so i can find out what’s going on im in constant pain all the time.

After my lap, I was sooo bloated for days!!! I’ve been on BC for almost 10 years now, so it won’t get worse. The periods are still bad but not horrible to where I’m going to the hospital for the pain 🙏🏻

I’ve got Adenomyosis and been told the only full cure is a hysterectomy but my consultant said that at my age (34) having a hysterectomy gives me a 80% chance of developing dementia which my Nan also had so now I’m terrified and not sure what to do. I can’t cope with hormones they make me really anxious/depressed so I’m worried to have the alternative which is the mirena coil😩 I feel trapped in a body that I hate 😭

I had my lap today and they said there was no endo but removed my fallopian tubes and have said I will need a uterus ablation can't understand this my heads spinning 😥

I’m rooting for you. I went through all the levels of treatment, including years on Lupron, and had a hysterectomy. Still live with pain. So many people just have no idea how hard life is for us sometimes, and we are expected to smile through it all.

I hated the aftermath of the surgery the shoulder pain after it from the gas hurt so bad I also feel you it didn’t really help my pain either I hope it gets better ❤️love and prayers

I had 20cm cyst removed when I was 17 I'm 20 now and I have these scars and not scared to show them off I had my left tube and olvary removed 🥺😔

You’re lucky you got the diagnosis. I’m from Denmark, 17 years, so far, I’ve been fighting with endometriosis, and still haven’t had the doctors acknowledge it. Their solution now is put me on medication that will bring me into menopause 😔

took 11 years to get diagnosed. I had surgery in 2020 it did work for me up until 18 minths ago try to get another surgery
