If you soak the soy curls with some seasoning/stock it takes on a whole other flavour! Works in so many recipes

Could use a vegan beefleas bouillon to soak the curls too and then oyster sauce in the sauce too (we just made Mongolian beef last night lol)

Try soaking soy curls in broth for extra flavour. BTW, I tried the falafel mix you made. Really good!

the soy curls are cheaper if you buy them directly from the butler website! we buy them in the bulk box! our favorite things to use them for are to make jerky and put them in pot pie! love soaking them in different bouillons first too

The soy curls are really good with a curry sauce. I use a premade butter chicken or tikka masala sauce by KFI and it's such an easy meal. I am in BC, I get the soy curls from vegan supply or good rebel, both Canadian and online (probably cheaper than Amazon).

I haven’t cooked with soy curls myself, but a restaurant in Edmonton had soy curls as a substitution and their jerk chicken with the soy curls was SO GOOD!
