The key is to do braids and protective styles in spring and summer, to be able to workout and keep the body tea and be a straight natural in autumn and winter, thats how I do it.

I don’t think that’s always the case, I’m straight hair natural and I work out 4 times a week and wash my hair once a week. I feel like deep conditioning really helps to prevent your hair from reverting as quickly
