During my pregnancies I would either want to eat the meat raw without it being cooked at all, or I would be completely averse to it lol

I had this problem with every pregnancy. Ended up making my husband brown all the beef for the week on the weekend then throw it in the freezer, so all I had to do was thaw it and season it.

Mine was spinach and feta rolls. Loved them pre pregnancy and then for some reason, just knowing I had some in the freezer would set me off. Wild 😂

Get a nasal inhaler on Amazon! It saved me when my husband was cooking meat in the first tri. They even have wearable ones!
