@myproteinpantry: Replying to @Kendall Hidalgo BLENDED MOCHA CHIA PUDDING 🤎 if you need a protein + fiber powerhouse to fuel your day, this is it. ✨ Ingredients: (for 1 serving) 1/3 cup fat free milk (80 ml) or milk of choice 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt (113 g) 1 tsp sweetener - I use Truvia 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 scoop @optimumnutrition mocha cappuccino protein powder (32 g) or chocolate 1/2 tsp espresso powder 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (30 g) pinch salt Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on medium speed 2-3 minutes, until smooth and starting to thicken. Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 2 hours.
