@shelbysacco5: Pilates portion of the sad to savage six-week habits, strength, pilates and nutrition program is FILMED!!! A very challenging day but i actually had the best time!! Tomorrow is our photo / promo shoot and we follow that up with filming strength training to wrap on our last assets 🫶🏼 i can’t wait to put this bad boy all together next week and prep for launch!! it is coming together PERFECTLY!!
