@foodmymuse: Spiced Potato Chips…these are semi homemade as I like to call them (remember Sandra Lee? 🤣). They are a really fun way to spruce up plain potato chips for #poolday or honestly any get together! I made them for my party and served in the cutest little brown paper bags 🥹. Tip: not shown in the video but I added more parm and chives on top when serving! Also def adjust the seasonings to your taste. Recipe: * 1 bag plain kettle chips (unsalted). * Parmigiano reggiano to taste (I did a lot lol). * 1 tbsp smoked paprika. * 1 tsp garlic salt or powder. * 1.5 tsp onion powder. * 1 tbsp dried chives (more for topping). * 1.5 tsp chile ancho powder. * 1 tsp monk fruit. * 1-2 tsp chipotle powder (adjust if you don’t want it spicy, 1 did 2). * Seasoned salt to taste. * 1/2-1 tsp MSG. Directions: 1. Spread your chips on a baking sheet in a single layer. 2. Grate a LOT of parm on them. 3. Bake at 300F for 8-12 min until cheese is melty. 4. Mix your spices in a bowl. 5. Add the spices to the chips while warm and mix. 6. Top with more parm and dry chives. #chips #snacks #apps
