When you find out, let me know bc the struggle is real 🤣. But in all seriousness, it may be hormonal and stress related as well. I know when I reduced stress in my life and also got my hormones together, that has slowly helped….but also give yourself grace. I think it’s ok to indulge at times

I’m trying zepbound, and the food noise disappeared instantly. It’s kinda crazy. I need to work on strength training. Idk why I can’t stay consistent with that part.
