is it bad when i push my body past its limits cause i did 100 push 100 sit ups 100 squats and 10km run everyday and the more i do this i can feel something weird like every abs and arms always hurts a lot after that it numbs same with the legs even when im shaking while doing 100 push ups i can feel like my body is giving up on me
