My mom has been teaching for 13 years and went through my lesson plans and said “don’t worry, you only have to do these until graduation. Some of my lesson plans are on sticky notes” 💀 She’s ranked #1 in our district for test scores lmao

I didn’t learn a SINGLE thing in college about teaching that I actually use. Never written a lesson plan in my 6 years. Everything they taught us felt so forced and unnatural. I find it easier and more effective to just do what you know how to do well.

Yeah, to all you future teachers, we don’t really write lesson plans like that. I’ll give you an example LP for 7th math: TLW learn math today.
