Waste of money, you don’t need no check valve to perform a brake fluid exchange. I use a tube that fits and vamonos, plus you need to have the end of the tube under brake fluid if not when you are pumping the brake system is getting air so you are basically doing nothing

Ditch that valve and just run that hose end below some fluid in that bottle.

that is a waste of money. Just use a full bottle of fluid and a hose all the way to the bottom of the bottle🤷

no need for the check valve as long as the end of the hose in brake fluid

No not bleed this style master cylinder with the cap off. It will turn into a fountain if it has good pressure and no air. Ask me how I know

talk about solving a nonexistent problem. The check valve is 100% not needed

this flushes dirty fluid/air and makes sure nothing gets sucked back in. you can start with an empty bottle and keep going till you're full. you can even use a gallon water bottle

Not sure if you’re aware, but you don’t need a check valve as long as the end of the hose is under liquid

If the hose goes below the brake fluid line in the bottle, you don’t need a check valve.

Ummm, What Year? Do you have ABS Brakes!??? You need to Cycle the ABS Valve with a Professional Scan tool to completely get air out of the ABS actuator!

I think people should just keep repeating the same thing over and over in the comments. this is very useful

I use a pressure bleeder. Has a fitting for air in the master cylinder cap and a regulator to feed it. Just add pressure, open each bleeder til the bubbles stop.

My issue is how do you know when your fully bleed when you can’t observe the bubbles

Air can still get back in through the bleeder threads.

if the hose is in the fluid, it IS a one way check valve🤦♂️

Joey :
You don’t need the check valve if you just put the hose down into the fluid in the bottle 🤦🏻♂️

Don't press pedal all the way to the floor. Stop just shy of bottom. It can pick up debris inside the master cylinder and ruin the seals inside the master. Master mechanic taught me this after I ruined the master cylinder. But, as others have said, you don't need the valve.
