The area is literally called "Flash Flood Alley". How did they not know the area would flood!? Oh I forgot, Obama and Biden sent funding to Kerr County and they denied it. The citizens of Kerr County, Republicans mind you, said not to accept any help from Democrats cause theyre evil. They also said the alarm system they COULD install might go off due to false positives, and they don't like those loud sirens. Did I forget to mention the funds Biden sent were used for the Sheriff and Police to the tune of $7M? Kerr County is responsible for their negligence, Period!

Can you ask them about not wanting the ARP money in 2021, then keeping it and spending it on the Sheriff’s department instead of the warning system so that it wouldn’t go to a blue state.
