SS is a Insurance Policy ,benefits are suppose to reflect Incoming Gain From Payroll Deductions ayet Party's have Taken Over 2.9 Trillion Since 1990's for Vote Buying Social Giveaways Nothing to do with Retirements For elderly.Even CPS Is Skimming SS Funding ,Created in 90's,so SS money being used Take children from family's ransoming them get their children back .
