Some puppies can go through a “flat foot” phase but besides for that, it’s definitely not normal for them to have greyhound looking feet. (I know you know, but just commenting in response to that person lol)

Tight little toes! Love me some cute Dobie toe beans 😂. Adding to the toe pics, here's both of my girls - they're from an AKC recognized breeder out in Texas. For some Doberman pups, the feet do seem to start out a bit floppy (and huge) then get tighter as they grow up. But they're never even as drastic as the incorrect handful you showed.
