The Supreme Court was right to limit nationwide injunctions. Judges do not have ultimate power and I believe the case wasn’t a class action case to begin with. It was an individual case that a judge could decide on. Class action is the way it should be handled, afaik. I don’t agree with the EO but district judges are not all powerful either.
