You will need to serve 1 232kcal & 18g protein 1 slice bread 2 tbsp cottage cheese (full fat or low) 25g grated mature chedder 1/4 small red onion, finely diced 1/4 green pepper diced 1 tbsp fresh chopped corriander (or use parlsey) 1/2 tsp chopped fresh green chilli Mix the cottage cheese with chedder, onion, pepper, coriander, chilli and season with a crack of black pepper and salt.
