My husband works here. apparently it cost the same amount of money to build these themed buildings versus building a boring one. He works a lot but it’s meaningful and he makes bank lol the campus is pretty cool!

Every person I know that worked there absolutely hated it. Working 60 hours a week, can’t work remotely, and didn’t stay longer than a year. Paid well tho!

Epic culls most employees who get to 1-2yr tenure. They fired many people during the pandemic because they asked about remote work. Epic finds legal ways to fire employees with disabilities. Epic is a terrible employer

They also give employees a fully paid multi-week sabbatical/trip every 5 years to pretty much anywhere the employee wants, have a great cafeteria at very low cost to employees with locally sourced ingredients, bikes you ride all over campus, a farmers market once a week, etc. I got to visit once and it seems like a great place to work.

Epic modules are over stimulating in and of itself ... like what do you mean there are hundreds of modules & everything is called bones or OHM 😫😫.... no one wants to also work at over stimulating office too.. 😫😫 i am thinking being in a medical field is also very over stimulating & Epic is just too complicated to handle , ppl cannot deal with running late to a meeting & having to navigate these buildings 😫😫 the word is "surprises" yeah that is how the software is 😫😫😕😕😒😒
