I had a renter do me that way. It was about mid July and a 100 degrees out. I went and checked on the central unit on the outside of the home. Wouldn't you know it had problems. They moved out in 4 days.

Install automatic dead bolt locks, program the lock at the checkout time to lock automatically. Call airbnb, they will lock her account, call the police immediately and do not do anything yourself.

oh Paul, the answer so easy just tell her OK but let her know this evening when she sits on the toilet you’d appreciate her not farting so loud that you’ve gotten tired of hearing it and you noticed that she doesn’t put her bathrobe in the right place when she’s getting in the tub so if she doesn’t mind where to put it and then mention something about when she gets in the bed at night, she doesn’t fold back the sheets just rightI think she’ll check out the next day. :-) Just a thought.

Call the fire department over a suspected gas leak be there and make sure you are the first allowed back in being the owner. Change locks items left are subject to being sold.Also most AirB&B's use electronic door locks now so a digital change is good enough.
