You could put a message in the event like “hey just a reminder this not a party so no expectations for anything, just thought it’d be fun to see anyone else who might be going or would like to go and it happens to be my birthday…” 🎉

Just put a post on the event clarifying that it’s not a formal party, so food and stuff isn’t going to be supplied but you just want to see familiar faces and have a fun night! Just wear a sash or a tiara and have a great birthday!
