And they choose to believe it instead of doing their research or getting to know us. I've met so many Africans that ask me if I or my familys from Africa. They all say the same thing, "You are so mannerable and respectful, you have college education." For some reason, to them, that's not the norm when it comes to American Blacks. Heck, everyone I know went to college and has Godly character.

I think we should address ourselves as black Americans as opposed to African American like we use to do in the 80’s. Jesses Jackson started that in the 1980’s. We are Americans. Our roots are in America for over 400yrs.
