I actually got my anxiety from my dad cz hes always judging and downtalking strangers based on their looks and also correcting every of my movements💔so hes a person who DOES care and so therell be others (theyre all miserable tho and minding them will make us miserable too!!)

nah the way to overcome social anxiety is to stop placing worth on others. once I started to perceive everyone outside of my social circle as worthless it helped alot
