As a South African, I used to go to private hospitals due to the facts that public hospitals are always full. Just yesterday I went to a public hospital and got help on time. Guys please go home! We want peace and a clean environment. U will wait forever because we are the government!!!!

It is unfair that South Africans work hard and pay taxes, yet do not receive the best possible public services. All foreign nationals should be required to pay a consultation fee of R500, excluding medication costs. In cases of admission, the fees should start from R20,000. Vaccinations for children should cost R200.These funds must be collected and used to employ more South Africans. I also believe there should be an audit to ensure that payroll reports match the actual number of employees working in government departments.
