@justahumblecook: What I made as a private chef in Beverly Hills. Grilled Colossal Shrimp. Italian Salsa Verde. Spicy Spaghetti with Calabrian Chili Butternut squash soup with sage. Maple. Vanilla. Balsamic reduction. Pepitas. Bonus: how I clean my colossal shrimps or shrimps in general. Let me know if you try it! #privatechef #cooking #personalchef #food

If you wrapped my food around your pasta fork that tight and I had to shred the entire dish before eating it, I’d lose my mind lol

wait why save the shells for a “paella”? is there something i’m missing? it shouldn’t have any flavor in it, or at least not more than in the actual meat, so why bother?

Salting from height in the sink is brilliant! Reminds of when I need to spray non stick or baking spray into baking pans, I do it on the open dishwasher door - nothing to clean up since the door will get washed during the next cycle.

Why doesn’t the garlic burn when your deeply caramelzing the tomato paste but it does when your caramelizing the onion?

I read that most "private chefs' on social media aren't private chefs, and they're using the platforms to promote themsleves instead.
