I’m all for auditing the police but as a citizen, you cannot charge another citizen with a crime… they can recommend charges to the prosecutor. But he doesn’t even know the name of the person who made the 911 call, he’d have to file another FOIA request to get the call, and the city has every right to censor the name. This guy is just instigating honestly, people like this give actual auditors and civil rights advocates a bad rap
