My ex left us when my daughter was turning 15. While we're friends, it crushed her & she said she never wants to date or get married. She's 24 now. She's finishing her 2nd degree & has a bird, & is happy. So in a way I guess I lucked out that I didnt have to go through this stage. (my son also isn't interested as he's seen what breakups look like, so...)

Does an over protective aunt count as I’ve told all my neices any boys will be delt by me … my oldest neices fiancé was scared to met me after the story’s she told of what I’d do but I do like this one .. I didn’t like her first boyfriend and he left after meeting me … told him to run quick and he did
