It’s less hot today thankfully, and as you can see i’m dressed for the gym. Here’s a lil fact about me - i’ve never been sporty growing up, in fact i’ve probably always been the opposite of sports, but as my age catches up with me I force myself to exercise in order to keep myself moving since a desk bound job isn’t too good for your health.
