Gradually add the unwhipped cream and mix until the mixture stiffens. Transfer the cream to a piping bag, making sure not to forget the piping tip. Place a Biscoff cookie on your work surface and pipe a layer of cream on it, followed by a layer of Biscoff paste, topped with more cream. Cover with another Biscoff cookie. Use a (butter) knife to spread the sides of the cookies with cream. Then, pipe some cream on top and spread it evenly. Place the Biscoff desserts on a piece of parchment paper and repeat the process. Melt Biscoff paste (125g) in a saucepan over low heat while stirring and then let it cool. Transfer the liquid Biscoff paste to a piping- or a sandwich bag. Pipe the liquid Biscsoff paste on top of the desserts, first going along the sides to create a dripping effect. Now fill in the lines with the Biscoff paste. Cover the desserts and place them in the refrigerator to set, preferably overnight for a soft texture. 6 desserts - 30 minutes
