PREP WHIPPED CREAM  - To a mixer add (3) cups of heavy whipping cream  - 2 tsp of vanilla extract  - Mix at level 4 and gradually increase up to level 6 until light & fluffy  - Set in fridge until we’re ready to frost  3. PREP STRAWBERRIES  - Rinse, pat dry and cut (7) strawberries in equal parts & into halves  - Reserve (5) whole strawberries  - Set aside  4. CREPES - Set @cucina.pro  Electric Crepe Maker to level 3  - Glide a light spread of butter  - Add 1/3 cup of crepe mix to the maker  - In a circular motion, spread the crepe across the maker  - Cook for 30-45 seconds, flip & cook for an additional 30 seconds  - Set aside & continue to prepare the rest of the mixture  - Once completed, stack the crepes and cut the crepes with a cake ring cutter  5.
