in a livestream today, one of the female providers at one of their locations was bragging about how they get to ‘bill insurances as primary care providers very often, so that essentially makes them physicians and no one can take that away from them’. they will do just about anything besdies actually go to school and become a doctor

He's an arrogant bastard. It remains to b seen whether he got good legal aid or not. My brother is a lawyer with our State's Attorney General's office+we've talked about these types of things. The government really doesn't have the power that many people think. They did finally sue the PREVAGEN supplements company for fraud+false advertising. But since we are so big on free speech protection scumbags can get away with a lot. Remember ENZYTE 20+ years ago? Penis enlargement supplements advertised on TV. Guy behind scam was from my area. He got 25 years for bank fraud. His wife was/is OB/GYN here in Cincinnati. He got out a long time ago .
