You only need 1 cup of ingredients in total: lots of red lentils, and 1 tablespoons of Turkish baldo rice, bulgur & green lentils!🥰 Green lentils are not in the training recipe but I love to add it! Sautée one onion (and garlic if you want) with ghee, butter of olive oil. Continue sautéing with one tablespoon spoon of tomato paste (salça). Wash your legumes thoroughly, mix them to the pot and add 1.5-2 liters of water depending on the consistency you desire.
