This is impotant to consider when you move abroad because you may leave behind friends and family. One way to get these loves, which I called nurturing and empowering loves is that you find places where you can interact with people on a regular basis. It can be a school, a YMCA, your favorite restaurant or coffee place, a book club, a Buddhist temple, and other public safe places where you interact with others, etc.
