Takopi’s Original Sin isn’t just a story about a cute alien trying to help it’s a quiet scream for all the pain kids are forced to carry alone. Shizuka didn’t need a miracle, she needed someone to notice. Takopi didn’t understand human sadness, but he gave everything trying to erase it. That’s what makes it hurt so deeply because sometimes, love isn't enough to save someone. This manga/show doesn’t end with justice or revenge. It ends with a soft, aching hope that maybe one act of kindness, even if it comes too late, can still matter. It reminds us that behind every smile could be a storm, and sometimes the people who try to save others are the ones breaking inside the most.

when i watched episode 3 tapoki was crying because it killed marina, and how he realized what her life was at home, it may be true that the abused will be the abuser hurting someone that involves the conflict of her life or family. even though she bullied, that was learned from looking at her parents, she didn’t deserve to die, but that’s what shizuka wanted, but tapoki and naoki didn’t want it.
