Stop using conditioner and start using the Nizoral shampoo. I use the Lia Hair organic Tonic day and night and occasionally use the minoxidil 5%!! That’s it. Trust me!!!!

I’m in the same boat, biggest difference for me came from prescription ketoconazole as a mask to stop shedding, and whatever growth serum, massage it in with Cerabeam Hair Sonic, it’s got mild electrocurrent, vibration and red light. 5 minutes 1-2x daily, within a month I finally had regrowth after trying soooo many things for years. The scalp serum I’ve been using with it is OS-01 but I think it could work with lots of different serums. Nutrafol alone made my hair grow faster but didn’t cause much regrowth. The Hair Sonic worked really well really fast.
