@built.by.mak: Machine learning and LLMs are not the same thing, though they’re often confused. Machine learning is the broader field. It’s any system that learns from data to make predictions or decisions without being explicitly programmed. That includes things like recommendation engines, fraud detection, or facial recognition. Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT are a type of machine learning model trained specifically on massive amounts of language data. Their job? Predict the next word in a sequence based on context. That’s it. LLMs don’t “think.” They reflect patterns. They don’t know you. But they mirror you, with surprising accuracy; because language is behavior. Once you understand this, you can stop expecting LLMs to reason like humans, and start using them to reveal the patterns you’ve been living out without realizing it. Reflection, not intelligence. That’s where the magic is. #llms #machinelearningexplained #chatgpt #themirrorsystem #aiandselfreflection #languageasbehavior #neurodivergenttools #openai #chatgpt #aitech #ailearning #artificialintelligence
