@oliver__payne: This is how I train as a Physical Therapist 👇 Full body lifts 3x/week to maximize frequency and save time. I use a variety of exercises, but each one has a clear purpose — to load one specific tissue. I don’t try to train balance, core, and hip strength all in one exercise. That usually means you’re not really training anything well. 🤷🏻♂️ I lift heavy, close to (or to) failure on every set. I use both machines and free weights. I move with intent — trying to move the weight fast (even if it doesn’t look fast). I superset antagonist muscle groups throughout the lift to keep things moving.
